My process ran through a small sequence of telephonic rounds and then got noticeably harder.

After the early calls, I ended up facing very challenging questions that were heavily centered on core Java along with Selenium WebDriver topics—details like locators and frames came up, plus some Apache POI concepts.

What stood out most was the pace and pressure around timing. The communication felt like they expected an immediate join once they got moving, and the wait afterward stretched out longer than it felt like it should have. By the time I got to the harder technical portion, it already felt like the bar was higher and the process was consuming a lot of attention.
