New York, NYPosted May 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a straightforward phone interview with a senior engineer where the focus was technical, and the next stage was an onsite with a clear set of rounds.

The interview day was organized around distinct topics: algorithm/data structures with a team lead, an object-oriented design problem with another team lead, system design with a third leader, and a behavioral discussion with a director.

The on-site technical pieces were exactly the kind of questions I expected for this role, but they still required me to communicate clearly. In particular, the algorithm round had the feel of a dynamic-programming-style challenge, and the design round required me to think through object-oriented structure and responsibilities rather than just sketching code.
