Grid Dynamics Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

United StatesPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I received an email from the recruiter saying they were interested in interviewing me for the Java Developer role and asking for my availability.

I responded with times that worked, and then I didn’t hear anything back for about a week.

Eventually, I got a generic rejection email. The frustrating part was that the process felt unstructured after I shared availability—no follow-up, no clarity, just silence and then a standardized reject.

I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me feeling like the recruiting communication wasn’t handled thoughtfully. The biggest reflection I had was how quickly it shifted from an initial interest message to a dead end without any real feedback or next steps.
