I applied online and the first stage felt fairly straightforward: my background details, then a mix of numerical and situational judgement-style assessments.

After that, I moved into a more structured job-stimulation style stage where I answered competency questions and was then invited to a case study. If I got through that, I reached an assessment day.

What stood out to me was how much support I got around each step. Before my interview, I was contacted by a recruiter to talk me through what to expect, and after each stage there was plenty of information by email so I wasn’t left guessing. Even when the process wasn’t just about ticking boxes, the communication pace felt efficient, and I was sent feedback after every stage to help me understand
