The interview I went through was fairly question-dense, and I had to stay ready for a range of competency-style prompts.

It involved six questions, and I remember walking in knowing I’d need to have lots of examples prepared and practiced so I didn’t freeze.

The guidance was more about staying calm than about finding the “perfect” answer. It felt like they wanted clarity in how I explained teamwork and problem solving, and I had to keep my nerves under control.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and honestly the biggest lesson from it was how much the pacing and the number of questions can affect how I come across, even when the topics themselves are familiar.
