I went through a pretty laid-back set of interviews that mostly felt like one-on-one conversations.

After the initial recruiter phone screen, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager, then I moved to a couple of in-person meetings at a coffee shop.

The whole flow was easygoing and not overly formal. Each conversation centered on getting a sense of how I talked and how I thought through my experience, rather than anything overly scripted. Overall it felt comfortable, and the pace of the process matched that same vibe.
