I went through a multi-touch, STAR-driven process with multiple levels of leadership, including both onsite and several management calls.

Recruiter screen (phone) — I started with a recruiter call.
Onsite: district manager + national account manager — I met in person with senior sales leadership and answered STAR questions; I also received prep material beforehand.
Phone: district manager (separate business unit) — I completed another STAR-based call with a district manager from a different unit.
In-person informal with district manager — I had an additional informal onsite conversation.
Phone: regional VP — I finished with a call with a regional VP, again using STAR questions.
Outcome: **No
