I interviewed for an Account Executive role through a recruiter-to-panel path where STAR behavioral questions were central, and the overall experience ranged from strong to challenging.

Recruiter phone screen — I talked with a recruiter who reviewed my background and moved me quickly to the next step.
In-person panel with sales leadership and recruiter — I went through a short panel conversation with typical STAR behavioral prompts, with interviewers encouraged to be personable.
Second round / final touch (role-specific) — I had additional coverage involving sales leadership to confirm fit. Outcome: I didn’t consistently see the same result across experiences, but where it went well the combination of preparation for STAR and confidence with leadership
