Peace River, ABPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a structured, multi-round journey that I experienced as moderately challenging, with teams interviewing me about my day-to-day sales thinking.

Recruiter / HR coordination — I started with HR scheduling and an initial discussion to confirm direction for the role.
Interview with hiring manager — I was asked about the role expectations and situational questions designed to show how I’d perform on the job.
In-depth manager panel(s) — I then met with multiple managers (including panels) who went deeper into my experience, probing to evaluate fit beyond surface-level answers.
Director / strategic round — Finally, I discussed strategic thinking tied to sustainable growth and how to create synergy for both customers
