Anchorage, AKPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a longer, more demanding multi-stage process that extended over weeks to months.

Headhunter + pre-work — I started through an outside recruiter/headhunter with back-and-forth logistics and profile/test links.
Local interviews — I completed two local in-person interviews.
Corporate management interview — I then progressed to an interview with corporate leadership.
Final senior sales/leadership step — I had a phone interview with a future district manager and, in my case, traveled for additional headquarters-level evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the process was structured but notably heavier and more time-consuming than typical
