I had mixed feelings: the steps were standard, but the tone and communication at the end left a bad impression.

Recruiter phone screen — I started with a recruiter conversation.
Panel / in-person and more calls — I completed multiple rounds with managers.
No closure — I experienced delays and eventually felt “ghosted” without a clear rejection.
Discrepant feedback / discouragement — In another similar journey, I was told I was “overqualified” and even faced unprofessional discouragement in one of the manager meetings. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that closure and candidate experience mattered as much as the interviews.
