I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a multi-round process that felt professional during the meetings but ended with weak follow-through.

Recruiter screen (phone) — I began with an initial phone conversation to align on my background.
In-person manager interview — I met with a manager (and sometimes a peer) and discussed experience and fit.
Additional phone round(s) — I had further calls to complete the evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and what stood out was being left waiting or getting delayed/partial updates (including instances of being “ghosted”).
