I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a relatively smooth, well-communicated process over about a couple of weeks, typically ending with no offer.

Intro/HR or scheduling touchpoint — I went through quick coordination, with some roles noting the process would take time due to steps like a background check.
Manager interview (Teams or in-branch) — I had short, practical conversations (often under an hour) focused on my background and fit; at least one was a one-on-one in a branch conference room using a question guide.
Follow-up interview(s) — I experienced a STAR-style sequence across 3 interviews, and when I felt it might not be going my way, the process tended to keep moving or restart with another scheduled round.
