New JerseyPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a much more intense, multi-round Account Executive interview loop that was structured around STAR and role expectations, stretching over several weeks.

Initial HR/recruiter step — I completed an early round using background and STAR-based prompts.
Manager rounds (multiple) — I moved into several manager interviews that were fast-paced and direct, with frequent follow-ups to make sure my examples were specific and tied to the job.
Panel interview — I sat in front of a panel of managers; it felt less warm, and rapport was harder, but the focus stayed on the role.
VP/final-stage conversation (when included) — I reached later-stage interviewing with higher-level leadership to pressure-test fit.
