San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly intense, statistics-heavy sequence with multiple interviewers over several hours.

Recruiter outreach + phone interviews (2) — I spoke with a recruiter first, then completed two phone interviews; the interviewers had noticeably different styles and both were very thorough, digging into lots of specific statistics.
Panel interview (formal) — I was interviewed by a panel arranged like a formal setup; the process ran for hours, with each interviewer asking several questions about why I was qualified and how I’d drive success for the team.
Outcome: No offer — The interview felt fair and structured, but the depth and length didn’t get me to the next step.
