United StatesPosted May 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very structured, multi-stage hiring process with STAR interviews and feedback between rounds, and I eventually received an offer.

Online application + full application follow-up — I submitted my resume online, then quickly completed the full application steps.
Recruiter screen (phone) — I had an initial call where they confirmed fit and prepared me for the next interview.
Face-to-face (happened shortly after) — I interviewed in person and received feedback between stages so I could adjust for the next round.
Final phone interview — I completed a last phone call soon after the onsite.
Outcome: Offer — The process was demanding but very positive, with friendly, professional interviewers
