I experienced a mid-level difficulty process that combined panel-style interviews with a few weeks of lead time before the onsite format.

Group/Panel interview (local managers + HR) — I met with local managers and HR and covered basic background questions plus practical scenarios.
Phone interviews (3 total) — I completed three phone interviews before being scheduled for onsite.
Onsite with panels (face-to-face) — At the onsite, I interviewed across multiple panels (with basic questions).
Outcome: No offer — Even though the questions were straightforward and the format was organized, I didn’t make it to the offer stage.
