Clovis, CAPosted Jun 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively fast process that moved from recruiter screen to director-level interview and then quickly to an offer.

Recruiter interview (phone) — After applying online, I was contacted the next day for about an hour with a recruiter.
Director of operations (phone) — A few days later I interviewed by phone with the director of operations for roughly 45 minutes.
Offer and next steps — I was told I’d hear back in days, and soon after I received the position offer and was scheduled for travel.
Outcome: Offer — The turnaround was quick once I reached the director-level interview.
