San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter conversation after connecting on LinkedIn, then had a phone screen with a senior engineer.

After that, I was brought in for an in-person sequence where I met my potential manager and then a group of other engineers.

The details were fairly sparse, but the structure clearly emphasized real engineering peers—everything felt focused on getting a feel for how I worked rather than a flashy, salesy process.

I didn’t get an offer, but it still felt like a traditional, credible internal interview loop built around engineering conversations.
