After clearing all the interviews, the wait shifted to team matching, and that part was genuinely unpredictable—there was no clear timing for when a team match call would arrive.

Even when that call came, I was still pulled into a hiring-manager review again, and the uncertainty around rejection made the process feel tense even after I’d already done the hard work.
