I applied online and then got reached out to for a phone call with an external recruiter.

That call set expectations that I’d face two eliminatory technical interviews and that there wouldn’t be a behavioral assessment. The two technical rounds were scheduled about two weeks apart, and the wait after the final round wasn’t long—hearing back came within a day or two. Overall it felt like a pretty straightforward, coding-and-tech-only pipeline where speed of scheduling and quick feedback mattered a lot.
