I had a compact, high-intensity day-style process that felt structured but tough: an OA first, then a single day with multiple back-to-back interviews.

Online assessment (OA) — A coding problem focused on arrays.
Group information session — A session to cover logistics and set expectations.
Onsite interview day (4 x 1 hour) — Four interviews in one day, each an hour, with a random order: three technical rounds and one behavioral round. Outcome: No offer; the fast-paced schedule and breadth across technical topics made it hard to stand out.
