Google Software Engineer interview experience

After a few months, the recruiter reached out and sent an assessment for me to complete. Once I passed that, I got pulled into two virtual rounds: one technical DSA round and one behavioral round.

Scheduling and timing became a real part of the experience. In the middle of it, I ran into delays that felt frustrating—there were long gaps where I waited for scheduling confirmations, and at one point the timing went off so badly that I ended up leaving partway through a meeting after I realized things weren’t aligning.

Still, the interviewers I met were generally professional and helpful.
