I interviewed with a small set of rounds and a mix of technical and leadership-style evaluation, and I felt the experience depended heavily on scheduling and time.

Recruiter reach-out + phone screen — A recruiter contacted me and the process started smoothly.
Technical rounds + non-technical Googleyness — I had three technical rounds plus one non-technical round focused on culture/leadership.
Role-level interviews (L5 level) — In a similar loop, I completed three interviews after applying: coding, system design, and then GL & Leadership.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; even when I was prepared, at least one technical interview ended with insufficient coding time.
