Ann Arbor, MIPosted Oct 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the process extremely long and difficult, and what made it worse was how little communication I got along the way.

The expectations also felt unrealistic, and I struggled to manage the uncertainty while the work dragged on.

The task itself was the hardest part—lengthy and challenging—and the combination of the heavy workload plus poor communication pushed me into frustration and stress. Even when I tried to focus, it felt like I wasn’t getting enough guidance to calibrate my effort.

I ended up with no offer. Looking back, the biggest issue wasn’t just the difficulty; it was how the lack of communication made the whole experience feel unfair and hard to navigate.
