After my HR meeting, I went into a role-fit conversation with the hiring manager and then a separate role-related knowledge interview.

The schedule wasn’t fully symmetrical—there were supposed to be additional parts tied to “G&L” and “GCA,” but I wasn’t invited to those steps, which left the process feeling a bit uneven.

My toughest moment was the RRK interview. It alternated between “how would you” hypotheticals and “how did you” questions from my experience, and it took a lot of mental gymnastics to keep my answers both structured and specific. I also didn’t get much room to clarify anything midstream, which added pressure because I had to infer what they wanted without slowing down the flow.

I didn’t receive an offer.
