I went through an interview loop that emphasized cloud/network technical competence plus a behavioral/googlyness fit component, and it mostly felt structured.

Round 1 (RRK) — a technical competency round focused on the relevant domain.
Round 2 (coding on Google sheets + G&L) — one round used a Google-sheet LeetCode-style easy-to-medium coding task, and another was a behavioral “Googliness & Leadership” interview.
Round 3 (network troubleshooting + debugging) — network troubleshooting and customer-experience scenarios paired with SQL/Python coding and debugging; later included a noogler-type policy/fitscreen. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but interviewers were generally understanding and the difficulty felt challenging yet
