My experience ended on a single timed test that felt broken.

I was asked to build a simple “to do list” using a platform-based coding task, but the company’s system returned an error on their side, so I couldn’t even progress to completing the task. When I hit that blocker, I wasn’t able to move forward, and I wasn’t hired.

It was also frustrating that they never looked at or reviewed my portfolio, so there wasn’t any chance to compensate for the tooling failure. The whole interaction felt like it didn’t account for the basic reality that the environment was malfunctioning.
