The first thing that stood out was how hands-on the phone interaction felt.

Instead of only talking hypothetically, they had me get on the phone and practice a call that would be used to make sales and build my career.

The environment felt laid back and down to earth, which was exactly what I was looking for at the time. It didn’t feel overly formal or corporate, and it made the interview feel more like a working conversation than a high-stakes test.

I didn’t mention getting an offer from this experience, but overall it left me with a strong impression of the team and the style of the process.
