GM Financial Financial Analyst interview experience

I went through two interviews and then, on the second interview day, completed two separate assessments.

In the assessments, I worked on SQL and Excel. The interview itself followed a general outline of topics and questions, and the difficulty level felt fairly manageable. The structure was also clean: in the first interview I met the hiring manager and an analyst, and then in the second interview the VP joined. It felt like an efficient evaluation rather than anything drawn-out, and although I didn’t end up with an offer, the pace made the experience feel low-stress.
