I started the process with an online evaluation page that had a handful of questions and a strict maximum time of 20 minutes.

I was allowed to keep a sheet of paper and a pencil nearby, but I couldn’t leave the page. While I worked, I was also being recorded through my device’s camera.

After the technical stage, I eventually heard back—about a month later—from a recruiter letting me know I wasn’t going to move forward. The message framed Globant Game Studio’s hiring method as pretty demanding, but I didn’t get much detail about what I did wrong or what specifically to improve for next time. The delay and the lack of concrete feedback ended up being the hardest part to sit with.
