I went through multiple stages—an initial screening, a technical round, and then a final HR discussion.

The technical round included coding challenges along with system design and problem-solving, and it was clearly meant to test both how I work through problems and whether I could reason about higher-level structure.

After that, the HR conversation wrapped things up and stayed closer to a fit/trajectory discussion rather than deep hands-on technical questioning. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt like a standard evaluation loop that moved from fundamentals to broader thinking and then to personality and alignment.
