I completed all the interview rounds and even got to the package discussion stage, after which I heard nothing from the team.

The process felt like it moved forward like I was being selected, including steps that went from online interviews to a face-to-face manager meeting and then HR after the offer/package conversation. After they told me I was selected, there was no response afterward.

It left me feeling like the openings might not have been real, since I ended up with no final offer after going through the full sequence.
