After meeting a recruiter at a university career fair, I ended up in a quick screening phase that started with aptitude-style questions and then moved into a long coding block that lasted about three hours.

A little later I was invited for another interview where they gave me one problem statement tied to their LabVIEW-related work, and I worked through it in the interview.

Eventually I also went through an HR round. Across everything, the vibe stayed pretty relaxed—less like I was being “tested” and more like they were trying to see how I handled the work while staying coherent through implementation questions. The process felt like it progressed from general screening into increasingly specific, role-related work.
