Pittsburgh, PAPosted Dec 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

NI came to my university’s career fair, and after I talked to them and submitted my resume, they called the same night to schedule an interview for the next day.

The interview was short—about 30 minutes—with two recruiters. We started with questions about my interests and past projects.

After the behavioral portion, they asked one technical question that was pretty simple. Once I answered it, they followed up with another question tied to what I’d just said, then left a few minutes at the end for any additional questions I had.

They took me out to dinner that night, and I received an offer after a week. The whole thing felt smooth and positive, and I came away thinking the interviewers were more interested in how I thought than in tricking me.
