I applied online and then received an email from a recruiter asking me to meet them at the university career fair.

I met them there and was offered an on-campus interview. The process moved quickly enough that about two weeks later I received an offer letter via overnight FedEx.

It wasn’t a drawn-out set of rounds. It felt pretty smooth and easy from start to finish, and I didn’t accept the offer only because I had better competing offers at the same time.

Looking back, the biggest surprise was how fast everything moved once I’d met the recruiter, and how little friction there was overall.
