There wasn’t really a functioning interview process.

I wasn’t just delayed—I was ghosted after the first phone interview attempt, then they rescheduled me, and I was ghosted again. This happened around the holidays, so I initially let it go, but the second time made it clear the communication was unreliable.

In the end, I never got a real interview experience and no offer came from it. The main reflection was that the lack of professionalism and responsiveness overwhelmed everything else, even if I was still interested in the role.
