global consulting firm Systems Engineer interview experience

The conversations didn’t go into much specificity about the actual job, and the feedback afterward was similarly unhelpful. The technical questions didn’t come with clarity, and once I answered, there wasn’t much useful guidance on what was missing or how I could improve.

Overall it was a dry experience—less like an interview and more like a conversation that didn’t reveal much. I didn’t get the offer, and the thing that stuck with me wasn’t just the result; it was the lack of concrete feedback and the way the role itself stayed almost completely out of focus.
