global consulting firm Software Engineer interview experience

There was no coding component, and the questions themselves were frustratingly unclear. Worse, the interviewer didn’t seem willing to clarify, so it became difficult to even understand what was being asked before I could attempt an answer.

Right after that, the interview transitioned into a behavioral question. The whole experience felt poorly structured, and it was hard to tell whether my issue was knowledge or the difficulty of interpreting the prompts. My honest reflection was that it depended heavily on the interviewer’s style, and that uncertainty made it extra rough.
