My experience felt snappy and organized.

The role description and requirements were laid out in a structured way, and there was also flexibility in how they talked about objectives and what they were listening for.

I had a conversation with the responsible hiring contact, and then the panel was defined as part of the process. Overall it came across as clear and considerate, with the interview flow designed to align what they wanted with how I approached the work. It never turned into an offer for me, but the process itself felt coherent and well thought through.
