My early stages felt extremely brief, and the main issue was the lack of follow-up.

The recruiter call I had didn’t really dig into who I was beyond my current role and what I did there. Afterward, the recruiter shared background on the company and then opened the floor for my questions.

I was told I’d hear back by the end of the next day, but that didn’t happen. When I reached out, I got no meaningful response and basically felt ghosted. I later went through another round of this same pattern—getting directed toward a recruiter for another opportunity and then not hearing anything for weeks despite follow-ups.

I left feeling that the process wasn’t handled with respect
