My interview loop had a casual feel overall.

I went through three interviews that were pretty straightforward, and one of them had a chronological structure. The vibe wasn’t overly formal or loaded with tricks; it was more about walking through my background and how it lined up.

The fourth step was a mock call where I played out a sales scenario as the buyer, with the director of sales. That part stood out because it shifted from my history to how I performed in a more interactive, role-based conversation.

At the end, I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt manageable—just enough structure to understand my experience
