My interview journey ended up being pretty long, mostly because there were many rounds.

The process was designed to help them understand how I’d work with key members of the team, so I expected repeated conversations rather than a single rapid screen. Even though it stretched out, it didn’t feel chaotic.

I also noticed they worked with scheduling and accessibility needs. They asked about my accommodations and made sure the interviews fit my calendar, which made the whole thing feel more considerate than intimidating. The overall difficulty landed around average for me, and I never reached an offer at the end.
