Gilead Sciences Research Analyst interview experience

My early step was a virtual interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, directors, and other scientists. The questions were pretty standard—mostly aligned to specific details from my resume and the responsibilities of the role.

The process moved enough that I ultimately received an offer, even though I didn’t accept it because the compensation wasn’t competitive for what I needed. Looking back, it felt like a clean, organized pipeline with clear enough expectations, and the only real mismatch was the numbers, not the quality of the interviews.
