I applied through a telephone system and got a call about two days later.

The interview followed pretty soon after that, and the experience was tied closely to the person who was hiring me. I was genuinely impressed by the woman who brought me in, and it felt like she really cared about whether I was a good fit.

In terms of what it felt like day-to-day after, I enjoyed the role for the first couple of years. Over time, though, things shifted, and the overall experience declined compared to how strong it felt at the beginning.
