GHD Software Engineer interview experience

I met the team lead and the manager for a conversation about the role and my background, and the whole thing felt casual rather than formal. The questions stayed rooted in my previous experience, but it also turned into a bit of a personality screen—how I’d think through situations and how I handle conflict.

Overall it moved quickly and didn’t feel like a difficult technical hurdle. It was short enough that it barely felt like a “process,” and I came away feeling like the people I spoke with were focused on fit and communication more than tricky testing.
