My interviews were mostly behavioral, and the overall vibe was fairly manageable.

The first conversation felt more formal with typical behavioral questions, and the second stage felt looser and more informal, which changed the tone pretty noticeably.

One detail surprised me: salary expectations came up very early on during scheduling rather than waiting until the actual interview day. Even with that unusual timing, the questions stayed centered on how I thought and how I worked, and it never felt like it was trying to become technical. I left feeling like the process was straightforward, and I ended up receiving an offer.
