My journey started with a more relaxed conversation style, not something overly scripted.

In the earlier rounds I discussed my background and what I was aiming for, and the discussion often turned into a real back-and-forth about the job and the company. When questions got more specific, they still felt grounded in my experience and how I’d approach the work.

Then the process shifted into a more structured technical phase. I went through technical questions tied to the role, and I remember the format including a mix of discussions and deeper follow-ups. In one round I had a panel-like setup where HR and a team lead asked questions and there was time for me to ask my own questions
