After an aptitude test, my process moved into three rounds that were meant to check different dimensions of how I communicated and worked.

The rounds tested communication, problem-solving through a case-study style interview that acted as the main elimination point, and then leadership as part of the later discussion. The overall structure was pretty clear from the start, but it still felt demanding because the case-study round carried the biggest weight.

One thing that made the experience frustrating was the way follow-up and communication worked around decisions. There were moments where I was told I’d hear back, yet I didn’t, and in a separate part of the process I was asked for document verification after interviews went
