Georgia Tech Research Analyst interview experience

My experience felt friendly rather than intimidating, and the main goal was to understand how I would contribute to the project and what role they saw me playing. I also remember it mattered that I asked questions during the interview to clarify what they expected.

I later had another interview that similarly felt approachable and fair, and it ran for about an hour. The interviewer was very friendly, and it felt more like a mutual conversation than a high-stakes evaluation. I left both with the sense that they were looking for fit and communication more than trying to trip me up.
